University of Toronto – The Cities Podcast

I pitched and produced the first-ever podcast for one of the top 20-ranked universities in the world. To coincide with the municipal election, I developed a pilot miniseries around key voting issues such as the future of traffic, transit, and more. It featured University of Toronto urban experts Eric Miller, Richard Florida, Patricia McCarney and others.

Scripting, Editing & Chase Producing

I’ve produced for CBC Radio One programs including As It Happens (national daily current affairs), Q (national daily arts magazine), Tapestry (national weekly program on religion and spirituality), Metro Morning (the highest-rated morning show in Toronto), Here & Now (afternoon drive show in Toronto), and the CBC regional radio syndication unit.

My work at CBC Radio 2 included producing Drive with Rich Terfry, Morning with Bob Mackowycz and Molly Johnson, and the first-ever production of CBC Song Quest– the largest artist booking and music commissioning project in the history of the CBC.

Behind The Glass

I’ve studio directed, music programmed, and studio tech’d for CBC Radio 2 Morning and Radio 2 Drive.

Hosting

I’ve enjoyed hosting local, regional and national items for CBC Radio One and national items on Radio 2. I’ve also self-produced and voiced nationally broadcast freelance work and numerous web-based items, including The Cities Podcast, which you can hear below.
